Yes, Lifesinked will ship to any country in the world.

No, Lifesinked try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so all invoices are emailed to you shortly after placing your order.

We are always looking to support new Artists/Studios/Photographers/Models/Tattoo Supplier & Care Companies. If you are interested in becoming supported by Lifesinked, send over the following:

  • Name
  • Age
  • Location
  • Portfolio
  • Social media links/handles
  • Brief explanation as to why you think Lifesinked should support you.

If you have entered the incorrect shipping address into your order and your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at contact@lifesinked.com with the following details:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Correct address

To help one of our team members respond to your query quickly, ensure that the email subject contains the following, "Incorrect shipping address in my order”.

We would advise doing this as quickly as possible, as we dispatch all orders within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends). Once the order has been processed ready for dispatch to the initially stated address, we cannot make any amendments and cannot be held liable for you not receiving your parcel.

If you have accidentally chosen the incorrect item or size in your order and your order has been placed, contact us immediately at contact@lifesinked.com with the following details:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Items that need to be amended

To help one of our team members respond to your query quickly, ensure that the email subject contains the following, "Incorrect item selected in my order”.

We would advise doing this as quickly as possible, as we dispatch all orders within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends). Once the order has been processed ready for dispatch, we will be unable to make any amendments to the order.

Should you wish to change an item but you are too late, you will be liable for the return cost should you wish to exchange it.

If in the rare circumstance, a member of the Lifesinked team has dispatched the incorrect item to you, please contact us immediately at contact@lifesinked.com with the following:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Image of product incorrectly received

Providing all the above information will allow our team to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. All returns costs you pay to return the incorrect item will be reimbursed.

If in the rare circumstance, once of our products develops a fault or arrives faulty, please email us at contact@lifesinked.com. Please provide the following:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Details and any images of the fault

Providing the above will allow us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will ask you to return the item as we would need to pass it to our quality control team. We will refund the postage you pay to return the faulty item.
