Returns Policy

Orders need to be sent back within 30 days of the original purchase date in the same saleable condition received in. Please email us at contact@lifesinked.com so we can respond with the return address and contact name.

Item(s) will be checked thoroughly inspected before the exchange/refund will be processed, Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, human/animal hair and signs of wear etc.) Any item(s) found to be in poor condition unfortunately will be returned back to you.

Unfortunately we don’t offer free shipping on returns.

If you find the item(s) are the wrong size or not suitable feel free to send an email to contact@lifesinked.com and once the item(s) is received and checked we will contact you to let you know when we have processed the exchange.

For refunds we aim to process within 5 working days. Please note, PayPal transactions can take up to 48 hours and credit/debit cards may take up to 5 workings days to clear into your account.
