Terms and Conditions Overview
This website is operated by Lifesinked. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lifesinked. Lifesinked offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
1. Placing an order
Remember to check your basket and delivery information to ensure everything is correct before submitting your order as we may not be able to amend it.
When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. We have not accepted your order at this point. Only when your order has been shipped the order has been accepted. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once this has taken place.
If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in email and offer you an alternative if applicable.
1.1 Our Right to Reject or Cancel Your Order
Fulfilment of all orders on the website is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:
– The product is not available / in stock
– Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
– Your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud
– We have reason to believe that you are a selling our products with no prior agreement to do so
– We could not deliver to the address provided by you
– Due to an event outside our control
– In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information
Please note any orders which include a mix of available items and pre-order items will be sent out together when the pre-ordered item/items arrives.
All orders are dispatched from the UK within 48 hours of purchasing with the exception of orders made after 9:30am on a Friday through to 8:30am Monday. All orders placed between this period will be dispatched Monday afternoon. We deliver products from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on certain public holidays, these holidays will be communicated to our customers before the holiday occurs.
Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form. You will become the owner of goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you.
Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item.
All we ask is that you inform us by email or post and return the product within 14 working days from the day after receipt. We will send you a return code and return address. Write the return code on the outside of the packaging, and then return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges. We recommend using an insured delivery service.
Returns must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
You should allow up to 21 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods or services.
If you do cancel a contract, then you must notify us in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must retain possession of any goods and ensure that such goods are kept in the same condition as they were when they were delivered until such time as the goods are either collected by us or delivered back to us by you. We will notify you of when we wish to collect the goods. The goods will be collected by us within 31 days of our receiving your cancellation notice and we will charge the cost of collecting the goods and will deduct this from any sum owed by us to you.
Damaged or Faulty Goods We employ professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine goods on arrival before signing for it. We will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of an item which is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition or which develops a fault within 3 months from delivery (other than due to normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions or misuse).
Alternatively, at your option, we will replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability).
If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us at once and no later than 14 working days of receipt or of the fault developing, and we will arrange a refund or replacement as you request.
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case, if you request a replacement, we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement, you can return it in accordance with our returns policy.
Please allow 30 days from receipt by us of your item for your refund to be processed or replacement item despatched.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Currency can be changed using the currency button at the top of the website, although the price will be charged in GBP (Great British Pounds)
The total price specified in the final check out screen includes tax and shipping costs. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation, which we recommend you print or download for future reference. If paying by credit card, the total amount for your entire order will be reflected on your statement in your local currency.
If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control.
5.1 Price Changes
The prices of the products will be as displayed on the website. Prices may change from time to time, but these changes will not affect any order that has already been placed and the order confirmation email sent.
6. Intellectual Property
Lifesinked Ltd owns all intellectual property rights in the website and in the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws worldwide.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Lifesinked Ltd’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Lifesinked Ltd’s website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server. We will then suppress your data from all direct marketing, although we will still keep it for processing your order and fulfilling customer service and after sale obligations.
